ZS Associates

ZS Associates is a global consulting and technology firm. As a business technology consultant I delivered software and data projects for large organisations, then supported the process changes that helped teams use them in daily work.

What I worked on

Delivery from plan to launch. I contributed to projects from requirements and planning through build and rollout, including work delivered in stages.

Getting teams to use it. I delivered the operational and change work alongside the software, helping teams change their processes and keep the new systems useful after launch.

Working with large teams. I worked directly with client technology teams and business colleagues while coordinating local management and distributed delivery teams, on engagements ranging from a few people to more than fifty.

Outcome

The engagements put software and data systems into large organisations and, just as importantly, into daily use.
